This book is an enthralling epic of the men and women who settled the New England wilderness.  It was originally copyright in 1942, this book is a 9^th printing that dates May, 1958.  It is an ex-library book from the High School Library in Great Falls, SC and does have their stamp in several places near the front and back of the book.  It also shows some wear on the cover and page edges while the actual pages look very good.

The Antique Dealer An Autobiography by R. P. Way was printed in London by Michael Joseph, with this being a 5th impression dating April, 1956.  This hardcover measures 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 (approx.) and contains 211 pages.  The cover, as well as the inside pages look great!  There is very little shelf wear on the cover, most being on the edges and corners.  This is a great book for any collection.

This Christmas bell measures 4 ½” tall x 2 ¾” across (approx.).  It has a Christmas tree on top as a handle and is engraved Christmas 1990.  There is a partial brand sticker on the inside and readable is ‘ver co.’ making me believe it is silver or silver plated.  Needs cleaning, which can be done by the buyer.  It comes with a special surprise gift for the buyer.

The boot has western design, measures 6 ½” tall (approx.), is from an estate sale and looks like it may have been used either for drinking or possibly a vase.  It needs cleaning which can be done by buyer.  Mexico is on the bottom of the boot (see photos).  I found no chips, cracks nor breaks.

From my research I found this item to be a Jewish Passover Seder porcelain egg shaped salt water horseradish bowl.  I found no chips, cracks nor breaks.  It’s a beautiful piece.

The only date I've found for this hardcover is 1905 and that was written in the inscription to the person this book was given to as a Christmas present (see photo).  I did find a copy on Amazon that had a different cover that dated 1898.  I also found that the author was born 1841 and passed 1885.  The cover measures 7 1/2 x 5 x 1 (approx.) and contains 299 pages plus.  There is a discoloration on the top spine and a little on the front cover.  Other than that the cover looks good.  The inside pages have yellowed but still look great for its age.

The Love Token was a very popular form of expression in the 1800’s.  They were made by smoothing off one side of a coin and engraving the name or initials of a loved one onto it.  Some were done by sailors who collected their coins at different ports.  This Love Token is by Treasures & Trinkets, Inc..  It was created to share with someone special and meant to be placed in a pocket, wallet or purse as a reminder of someone special.  The front of the token is pressed with a flower design.  The back has the words “Live, Love & Laugh” with the letters OT&T at the bottom.  In its original packaging with the date 2000.
