Great Expectations is regarded by many as Dickens' greatest novel, is an excellent example of his widespread acceptance and influence.  Written with humor and understanding about both the good and evil in life, the characters are very real, even in today's age.

This Lifetime Library hardcover dates 1970, measures 9 x 6 x 1 (approx.) and contains 217 pages.  On a scale of 1 - 10 I rate this copy an 8.  The cover has aging shelf wear with the inside pages in wonderful condition.
(Please Read – I’m elderly and can’t smell very well.  All items come from estate, tag or yard sales, etc. so I don’t know if the previous owner was a smoker nor if they had an animal).
