This book is written so as to coax you to read the articles first.  That way the recipes and uses of wine in cooking that follow will make more sense to you.  You'll also find wine suggestions for each main course 

This hardcover dates 1986, measures 9 1/2 x 6 1/2 x 2 (approx.) and contains 447 pages.  On a scale of 1 - 10 I rate this copy an 8+.  There is a small spot on the front cover (1/2 x 1/4 approx.) and the edges do show slight shelf wear.  The inside pages look new.  I do believe it had a dust jacket at one time but it isn't with it.
