Measuring 7 1/2 x 5 x 1 (approx.) and containing 360 pages this hardcover dates 1900 and is marked 5th edition. It's a tale of old Manhattan in the year Sixteen Hundred & Ninety Nine. The dust jacket shows some discoloration but the picture on the front looks beautiful for a book of over 100 years. The inside has yellowed pages but is in great condition.
