Probably the main attraction of cooking on a barbecue are being outside and the fun that comes from playing with food and fire. Barbecue cooking is a very good way of entertaining too; guests enjoy participating in cooking their own food, which makes it easier for you to socialize with them. Almost anything can be cooked on a barbecue, not only the huge variety of meat, fish, and fowl, steaks, burgers, sausages, kabobs, whole fish and filets, chicken breasts and parts, but also some unexpected and delicious vegetables and fruit; onions or baby pumpkins roasted in the coals, and apples baked in foil. There is something for every taste and occasion.
Copyright 1991 this hardcopy with dust jacket measures 12 x 9 x 1/2 (approx.) and contains 96 pages. On a scale of 1 - 10 with 10 being 'like new' I rate this copy, including dust cover, an 8+. There is slight shelf wear on the edges but other than that the pages and colorful pictures are in like new condition.
(Please Read – I’m elderly and can’t smell very well. All items come from estate, tag or yard sales, etc. so I don’t know if the previous owner was a smoker nor if they had an animal).
